Painted from a favourite image from my collection of Edwardian and Victorian postcards in June 2015. Two lovely young ladies in frilly dresses with sombre expressions typical of the photography in that period.
The little sister is a handful, like someone I know very well. More on this when I post “Elly” later this week.
