About

Hi, I’m Tammy Silbermann, I am primarily a painter and printmaker. My sources of inspiration include family, nature and everyday life.

People, relationships and growth are a predominant themes in my artwork. I am interested in conveying feelings and ideas that we are sometimes reluctant to share in my paintings in traditional and abstract approaches.

I often employ printmaking as a way of letting off steam or refreshing myself. I like to follow more whimsical ideas and paths in my printmaking work.

My oil, encaustic and watercolor works have been collected in Canada, the United States and Europe. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding my work.
